During Pastor Harvey Jaeger’s ministry at Good Shepherd, a building committee was formed, and construction began on the Christian Education Center addition in 1985. After many hours of work by the members of the congregation, the addition was completed and dedicated on September 13, 1987.
With the additional space, the church was able to fill spiritual needs through the Nursery School of ages 3 & 4; Sunday School for preschool through sixth grade; three worship services a week; Bible studies; and confirmation classes.
In 1994, Pastor Vicki Fink was called to serve as the associate pastor of Good Shepherd, with a focus on ministry with youth and families.

The Giving Tree School Supply Drive
We are again being asked to help coordinate the Giving Tree School Supply Drive! The need is growing yearly and with supply issues and inflation our help is needed. If you are not comfortable shopping, a monetary gift is welcomed! We will find shoppers who are experts at finding the best deals to be found! A donation of up to 500 dollars in matching funds as been confirmed! Together we can make a significant contribution to this year’s drive! We are making a difference in children’s lives that cannot not be measured!
**Good news, we have received enough to take advantage of the matching funds!**
